My wife and I used Wendy recently to sell our home and purchase our new home and the experience was first class! Not only did she sell my home in 48 hours for over asking, she tenaciously negotiated a huge discount on my new home. She communicates effectively and listened to every want and need we had for our new home. She checked the box with every showing and was extremely mindful of our time. In the 11th hour we were notified that the lender might miss the closing date and she snapped into action and held them accountable to the deadline. Needless to say, we closed on time.
